All custom-designed items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any personalized products such as apparel, mugs, candles, photos, woodwork, or other made-to-order items. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Design Submission

To ensure timely delivery, customers must provide an adequate and finalized design at the time of order submission. Delays or issues in providing proper artwork, wording, or design files may affect the expected completion and shipping date.
